Econo Lodge West Springfield

The room is fairly quiet and extremely spacious and the bed is exceptionally comfortable. The bathroom looks clean. The location is marvellous close to everything. It offers FRIENDLY services. Every staff member is amiable and strives to meet your needs.

Location. Very friendly/helpful desk staff. Outdoor area under tree great for cigars and conversation. Mattresses looked newer - comfortable but not luxurious. Charging station between beds. Good lighting. Quiet.

Lots of dead bugs on window sill, cobwebs in wardrobe and corners, felt damp despite AC. Storage room door was open and had Halloween feel with unbelievably massive cobwebs. Walked on wet bathroom floor and had dirty footprints either from dirty bathroom floor or dirty carpet (despite carpeting looking fairly new).

Air conditioner leaked water

They have almost never plain bagel and apple juice. Or have it one day and then do not. Children always want that and can not have breakfast.

The location,not far from anything

The room,the bed ,the top blanket had burn hole's in it,the phone was disconnected,the telephone line was missing,you took a shower and the tub filled up with water

Not very much

Rooms were dirty, staff was very condescending and disinterested when advised of the dirtiness of the room.

staircase could use some sweeping

Great staff. Very helpful and friendly. An older motel, but good price and good deal considering ease of getting to our destination, the Big E. We weren't looking for luxury. Only looking for a good night's sleep. We felt comfortable and safe. We felt secure with our vehicle in the parking area as well, unlike a review that I had read which was a concern to me prior to our stay. It was a good stay and I will stay there again.

It was just a nice choice for a fleeting moment in West Springfield with excellent value for money. The bathroom had mold in the wallpaper, nice for the wrong reasons. Keep an eye out for cleanliness, it's hit or miss.

The restaurant next door

The stairs to the 2nd floor were extremely dirty. The bathroom corners had piles of dirt in them. There was no place to put your luggage on.

great access to parks and museums for weekend wanderers

I had a fantastic time exploring the nearby amazing world of dr seuss museum and the beautiful dr seuss national memorial sculpture garden, which are both just a short drive away and perfect for walking around and soaking in some art and nature .

Room was clean and odorless.

Smelly hallway a bit worn and run down.

Holy smokes - we're thankful it was a brief stay. Never again. Bed was terrible, found a bug in the bathroom in the morning, could see outside through the hole in the corner of the door. Couldn't wait to check out.

Do recommend for a holiday

Basic motel, friendly staff, large comfortable beds, and the free Wi-Fi provided allowed me to stay connected while I explored the area, particularly enjoying the handy location near restaurants like iHop for breakfast.
